PRISON FOUNDATION is a non-profit making apolitical national level non-governmental social organization established in 1991 and it has been continuously working in the field of health promotion and reform program in Nepal registered with SWC and DAO, Kathmandu
With registration with SWC and DAO, Kathmandu, PRISON FOUNDATION started working in prison setting since 2004 in the field of preventive activities of Drugs and HIV/AIDS, advocacy, policy reform, sexual & reproductive health, prisoner health services, youth and sports, school health program etc.
It is a pioneer organization working in the programs of TB, Alcohol, Tobacco, Hepatitis, Malaria, and Reproductive; mental health including COVID-19 prevention for prison inmates.
